Co-owned and operated by a Registered Nurse, allows us to provide the utmost care for our residents.  We provide 24 hour professional awake staff, on-going care assessments at no additional costs, on site visits from outside providers as necessary to ensure care needs are met.  As an assisted living facility located in the heart of Tri-Cities Washington, we accept all levels of care.  Our homes provide care for those in need of physical care 24 hours per day.  In addition, Fleur de' Lis cares, trains, and encourages dementia specific residents from early stages to end stages.  Fleur de' Lis is a healthy alternative to a nursing home.
